While our work is primarily office-based, remote work may be permitted for certain positions, departments, or projects depending on business needs and job requirements.
We conduct performance evaluations based on goals set at the beginning of the term, taking into account the difficulty of the mission, the criteria for achievement, and the expected roles and responsibilities.
